Course Objectives:
To prepare for future design careers, individuals enhance their artistic
abilities by mastering in drafting, draping, and garment construction
techniques. They will cultivate a systematic problem-solving approach
throughout the design process, bridging the gap between design and
manufacturing. Proficiency in articulating ideas verbally, visually, and
digitally becomes paramount for effective communication in the
dynamic field of design.
Learning Outcome:
Students in this program adapt and refine their artistic abilities, crafting
original fashion designs that demonstrate an awareness of diverse
proportions. Utilizing both hand and digital rendering techniques, they
will create garments that showcase creativity and innovation, employ-
ing foundational elements such as shape, color, silhouette, proportion,
and fabrication. Embracing innovative technologies, students

Upon completion, they will be equipped to work as freelancers,

analyze a diverse pigment color palette, expressing cultural heritage
and contemporary aesthetics in vibrant designs. Utilizing Adobe

and adapt patterns, both freehand and by transferring pre-designed
patterns onto glass.
