Sania is an instructor, an educationist, and a supervisor of Textile Thesis at the School of Art. She received her Master’s degree in art Education from Beaconhouse National University, Lahore. Her bachelor’s degree in Textile design, from the University of Karachi, with distinction and a Gold medal. She has presented research papers at national and international levels like in India. Along with that, she has taught and gained research experience in prestigious art universities of Pakistan like the National College of Arts. She has worked as a textile artist and freelance designer since 2011 for the local and international markets. She has a command of textile techniques, printing, and mixed media which are her strength and artistic expression. She has exhibited artwork in multiple art shows conducted in Karachi, Lahore and Rawalpindi/Islamabad. She has been awarded certificates for providing services as an educator, researcher, and artist. For ten years, supervised research, thesis, and other textile courses to undergraduate and graduate students in Karachi and Rawalpindi/Islamabad art schools. She has also developed Textile curriculums and been a board member of studies during her professional career.
