As Head Counsellor and mentor, she demonstrates exceptional case management, counseling, and empowerment skills. Serving as a mentor for the Employee Development Program at International Architectural Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., she empowers employees at personal and professional levels. Her volunteer work highlights her commitment to social well-being. With diverse experiences, including rigorous research and clinical counseling, she adeptly addresses psychological challenges.
